Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 May 2026

Know It All AI ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. This is a draft for review by your legal advisor before publication.

1. Who we are

Know It All AI is the data controller for personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@knowitallai.org.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details — first name, email address.
  • Voluntary information — what you'd like to use AI for, message content.
  • Consent records — the consent text you agreed to, the timestamp, and your IP address.
  • Technical data — basic device/browser info to keep the site secure.

3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)

  • To deliver guides and resources you request — performance of contract.
  • To send you helpful AI tips — your consent. You can withdraw at any time.
  • To keep our site secure and prevent abuse — legitimate interests.

4. How long we keep it

We keep subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed, plus a short retention period for legal and audit purposes. Unsubscribed records are retained as a suppression list so we don't email you again.

5. Who we share it with

We use trusted infrastructure providers to host our site, store data and send emails (e.g. Lovable Cloud, Mailgun). They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We never sell your data.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK IDTA or EU SCCs.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@knowitallai.org. You can also lodge a complaint with the UK ICO at ico.org.uk.

8. Cookies

See our Cookies Policy for details on the cookies we use and how you can control them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be flagged on the site.

We use a few essential cookies to make the site work, and optional analytics cookies to help us improve it. Learn more.
