Know It All AI ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. This is a draft for review by your legal advisor before publication.

We keep subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed, plus a short retention period for legal and audit purposes. Unsubscribed records are retained as a suppression list so we don't email you again.
We use trusted infrastructure providers to host our site, store data and send emails (e.g. Lovable Cloud, Mailgun). They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We never sell your data.
Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK IDTA or EU SCCs.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@knowitallai.org. You can also lodge a complaint with the UK ICO at ico.org.uk.
